本公司声明在制造的产品中所含的钽(Ta)、锡(Sn)、钨(W)和金(Au)不来自刚果民主共和国或其周边国家/地区践踏人权的武装组织，并同样地要求供货商履行禁止使用「冲突矿产」的条文。
                  We herein declare that the products that we manufactured are “DRC metal conflict-free”, the metal of gold(Au),tantalum(Ta),tungsten(W) and Tin(Sn) are not derived from or sourced from mines in conflict areas of the Democratic Republic of Congo(DRC), or illegally taxed on trade routes, either of which are controlled by non-governmental military groups.
All suppliers of Jingzhou mingda mineral products co. LTD are requested likewise to fulfill this articles.
